Instant Rendang Padang

I made this Chicken Rendang with baby potatoes the other day. Not bad although I still prefer beef rendang to chicken, but alas I only had chicken in my fridge. Rendang Padang is a Dry type of Rendang, so don't go expecting to have any sauces/gravy. The good thing with this Kokita brand instant seasoning is that coconut milk is already included in the mix and it doesn't have any preservatives.
